Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to improve data workflows and attribution models.Design and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.Support R&D efforts in Cloud Services and data-driven solutions.Follow best coding practices and contribute to continuous improvement.Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.Run A/B tests and analyze performance to refine data models.Ensure software quality through testing and code reviews.Report progress and proactively support project goals.

Kogo poszukujemy? Proven experience in a Data Engineer or similar role, working with large-scale data solutions in a commercial environment.Strong hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or MapReduce.Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).Expertise in SQL performance tuning and experience with large-scale data environments.Solid experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).Willingness to work in a hybrid model – 3 days per week from office in Warsaw.
