Although the product is currently in the production phase, change requests are continually arriving, necessitating updates to existing software and the development of new solutions for upcoming car lines and additional features.YOU WILLManage the backlog and support the development teamConduct feasibility studies and estimations for new software featuresCollect, analyze, and document software requirementsSupport the Software Architect in defining the software architectureCoordinate and lead software-related activities across development phasesMaintain contact with the client regarding technical/software aspectsMentor team members and support problem-solvingEnsure project alignment with engineering and quality standardsCollaborate with both local and remote teams

Kogo poszukujemy? MUST HAVE10+ years of experience in a similar roleMSc degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related fieldExpertise in Ultrasonic Intrusion Protection or similar automotive systemsExperience with MDG Technology and Polarion for documentation and updatesLanguages: C#, PythonInvolvement in at least two full software development cycles in an automotive or similarly structured companyStrong knowledge of UML and software engineering toolsExperience in direct client communicationFluent English (spoken and written)Strong team orientation and collaborative mindsetNICE TO HAVEExperience in leading or coordinating software projectsLeadership skills and mentoring experience
