Your responsibilitiesLead delivery of a project workstream or a small-scale initiative using internal change management frameworksCoordinate daily activities with business leads and cross-functional teamsEnsure all required approvals are obtained (e.g., compliance, risk, vendor onboarding, cloud governance)Support the Program or Project Manager in managing stakeholder relationships and expectationsOrganize and facilitate project meetings and agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning)Report project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders, including senior leadershipTrack project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure lifecycle complianceSupport the creation and maintenance of core project documents and reportsAssist with budgeting, financial tracking, and alignment to the business caseMonitor and escalate risks, blockers, and issues to the appropriate forumsCollaborate with governance bodies to ensure compliance with data privacy, cloud policies, and third-party risk protocolsMaintain accurate and audit-ready project documentationUse Agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Clarity, MS Project) to manage workflows and reportingTrack project metrics and contribute to lessons learned at closure

Kogo poszukujemy? Our requirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degreeAt least 2 years of practical experience in project management, with working knowledge of both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) delivery approachesPrevious work in large, international organizationsExperience in financial services, banking, or other regulated industriesProject Management certifications such as PSM I, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or AgileProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS ProjectExperience using project and delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, Clarity, PlanView, Azure DevOps, Trello, or TableauFluent English (spoken and written)OptionalFamiliarity with organizational change management will be an advantage
