Join our internal IT team as a Senior SharePoint Developer and lead a strategic migration project from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online.We’re seeking someone who combines technical depth with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full-cycle migration of the internal intranet from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint OnlineDesign, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions in both environments (on-prem and Online)Ensure best practices are applied throughout the development and migration processesCollaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to define requirements and deliver optimal solutionsCreate and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in SharePoint administration and development (both on-premises and Online)Hands-on experience with PnP templates and provisioning frameworksStrong knowledge of permission design and governance in SharePointSolid understanding of SharePoint architecture and best practicesAbility to work independently and proactively while managing tasks and deadlinesFluent in English (both written and spoken)Nice to Have:Experience in enterprise environments and working with internal IT teamsFamiliarity with Power Automate, PowerShell scripting, or Microsoft 365 ecosystem tools
