Expert IT Analyst (Payments)PROJECT INFORMATION:Industry: BankingRemuneration: up to 155 PLN/H net + VAT, depending on the experienceType of assignment: B2B contractDuration of assignment: Long-termPrimary Locations: Gdańsk, 1 day a week, from September, physical presence in the office twice a weekOn behalf of our client, we are searching for an Expert IT Analyst to drive and manage initiatives in the payments domain, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder collaboration.Responsibilities:Manage the initiative delivery process according to scope, quality, standards, and deadlines.Elicit, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements for business transformation.Identify proactive ways to manage robustness and quality of processes and applications.Drive agile cooperation between stakeholders in business, IT, and external partners.Provide payment expertise and facilitate discussions to maximize customer value.

Kogo poszukujemy? Must haves:10+ years’ experience within IT and/or business analysis background.Strong knowledge of banking/financial sector and cross-border payments.Experience with SWIFT payments infrastructure and industry-wide payment processing products.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban).Knowledge of SEPA, EPC, NPC.Experience in Data Mapping and Data Migration.Hands-on experience with SQL and user interface design.Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
