Kogo poszukujemy? 15+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in an architecture-focused role3+ years as a software engineer in at least two languages (e.g., Golang, Java, Python, Rust, C/C++)Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals (hardware, OS, software, data structures, networking)Proven leadership and mentoring experience in technical teamsExperience designing architecture for large-scale global productsExcellent English communication skills (French is a plus)Hands-on experience with modern SDLC practices, including CI/CD and version controlAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week
