Skills and attributes for success:Excellent knowledge of Kotlin especially in the context of creating backend applications supported by 3+ years of professional experiencePractical experience and knowledge of microservicesKnowledge of Quarkus and OpenAPIKnowledge of SQL and one of database enginesExperience with source code management, continuous integration and automated deploymentNice to have knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA and MavenVery good English language verbal and written communicationExperience working in international projectsExperience in agile / scrum methodologyTo qualify for the role, you must have:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification3+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar positionsDemonstrable experience of Kotlin and microservices in projectsStrong communication skillsIdeally, you’ll also have:Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud products and services is a plusCertificates proving certain skills: Kotlin, Java, Spring, SQL, AWS or Azure Cloud will be an additional advantage
