Requirements:  Backend Development Strong experience with Java (17 or 21) and/ or Kotlin Familiarity with trunk-based development Testing and Quality Ability to write and maintain unit, integration, and contract tests Experience with CI/CD pipelines Cloud & DevOps Experience deploying and operating services on AWS Familiarity with Docker, GitLab, and PostgreSQL Code Quality & Collaboration Able to participate in code reviews and contribute to team development practices Comfortable working in cross-functional teams (with frontend, product, QA, etc.) Tooling (Preferred) Exposure to AI-enhanced developer tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude
