About us:

We specialize in adapting advertising campaigns for local markets and in automating and optimizing production processes for some of the world’s leading brands.

🔧 Key responsibilities:

• Managing advertising production projects for international clients.
• Preparing project documentation, including timelines, cost estimates, and reports.
• Coordinating and overseeing the execution of tasks within each project.
• Maintaining strong, ongoing communication with clients and providing support at every stage of the project.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Digital, DTP, Moving Image, Traffic) to ensure smooth information flow and alignment.

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry, especially in project coordination.
• Very good command of English – daily communication with international clients is a must.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, multitask effectively, and stay organized under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management tools – a plus.
