Location: Gdańsk (hybrid working model, presence at the office for 2 days and 3 days of remote work in a week)

Contract: B2B

Rate: up to 140 PLN/H net + VAT

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Liquidity & Asset Liability Management (ALM) team. You’ll collaborate with both IT and business stakeholders, analyze financial data and systems, and contribute to strategic projects involving liquidity stress testing, Hedge Accounting, and IRRBB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and support IT systems related to liquidity and ALM
• Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, finance, and treasury functions
• Work with large data sets using SQL for analysis, validation, and reporting
• Manage tasks independently and contribute to long-term initiatives
• Support testing, documentation, and enhancements of risk models and applications
• Participate in projects related to IRRBB, liquidity stress testing, and hedge accounting
• Translate business needs into system requirements and coordinate delivery
• Use Jira for task management and Agile collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience working with financial instruments (banking, capital markets, or investment operations)
• Understanding of hedge accounting, IRRBB, or liquidity risk management (at least one area)
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Jira – required
• Familiarity with risk or treasury systems (e.g., FIS BSM / FOCUS engine) is a plus, not a must
• Strong analytical and communication skills – ability to work independently
• Comfortable navigating a dynamic, project-driven environment
• Fluent English – both written and spoken at a professional level
