We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in autonomy, drives impact across teams and clients, and advocates for outstanding design. If you’re passionate about leading projects, nurturing relationships, mentoring others, and shaping design excellence across organizations – this is the role for you!

You can be the perfect match for us, if you have:

1. 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX / UI, with a strong, strategic portfolio showcasing work for enterprise-level clients (not just startups)
2. demonstrated experience leading projects independently and building long-term client partnerships
3. deep understanding of business strategy and how to align it with design
4. experience identifying business and growth opportunities within ongoing projects
5. excellent presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills to influence decisions at all levels
6. experience creating offers, estimates, and client-specific design materials for sales support
7. exceptional communication skills in both Polish and English (C1)
8. strong leadership capabilities with a desire to mentor, support and uplift team members
9. practical knowledge of design tools and frameworks across UX and UI
10. a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate problems and suggest solutions

It can be love at first sight if you have:

1. skills in motion design, branding, illustration or 3D
2. webflow expertise or general understanding of design-to-development workflows
3. curiosity and initiative in exploring emerging tools and methodologies (e.g., generative AI, automation in design)

1. take full ownership of design projects from discovery to delivery, proactively driving progress and solutions with minimal oversight
2. translate business objectives into user-centric strategies and design concepts that solve real problems
3. collaborate closely with product, engineering, business, and marketing teams to co-create product vision
4. plan and facilitate discovery sessions, and alignment meetings with stakeholders
5. use qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions
6. create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and design systems
7. mentor and support other designers, sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and helping solve design challenges across projects
8. actively contribute to improving internal design processes, suggesting tools and methods that optimize collaboration and output
9. stay current with emerging trends in UX, UI, and AI’s role in design, identifying opportunities for innovation
10. participate in growing the design culture within the team and across the company
11. build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenging them when necessary to advocate for effective design solutions
12. identify opportunities to expand the scope of ongoing projects - new product phases, additional services, or iterative improvements
13. co-create design proposals and pitch materials tailored to specific clients, sectors, or business needs, in close collaboration with Sales, Business Units, and PMs
14. help diagnose project challenges and recommend corrective solutions to improve process and outcomes

1. salary: 16,500 - 23,500 PLN net B2B or 13,800 - 19,700 PLN gross CoE
