Opis stanowiska

Survicate’s key strength lies in its native integrations and being a part of the top SaaS ecosystem. Now we’re looking for a Partner-Led Growth Manager to own and scale Survicate’s partner growth initiatives even further. This is a senior, strategic role focused on identifying and launching co-marketing campaigns with complementary B2B SaaS products. Your mission is to turn relationships and tech integrations into demand generation engines .

This is NOT an agency program, affiliate, account management, or partner enablement position.

You will:

  • Drive pipeline revenue from co-marketing actions with tech partners.

  • Drive co-marketing lead gen campaigns with partners via webinars, joint content and events.

  • Own the presence and growth impact from integration marketplaces like Braze, Klaviyo, Amplitude or Hubspot.

  • Coordinate partner-led events to build awareness and pipeline, from concept through execution.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing at B2B Tech companies, ideally in demand gen, ecosystem and partner marketing roles.

  • Has proven demand gen experience from tech partnerships and co-marketing.

  • Has hands-on success stories with at least two of the following: (1) partner webinars/lead magnet, (2) integration marketplace optimization, or (3) partner event marketing.

  • Understands the B2B tech SaaS ecosystem deeply.

  • Builds strong partner relationships by combining domain knowledge with a sharp understanding of mutual use-cases.

  • Feels comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and building offline relationships. While we have strong connections with many partners, you'll also be expected to build your own portfolio.

  • Is fluent in modern GTM tech (including Crossbeam), confident with analytics and project management.

This is a relationship-building and campaign-executing role.You’ll be at the center of Survicate’s efforts, working closely with CMO to drive pipeline and brand through aligned partner ecosystems.
