Drive Learning Excellence at our Global Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk.

We are expanding the Global Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk and we are looking for a dynamic Regional Process Trainer to elevate training delivery and knowledge readiness across the region.This is an exciting opportunity to shape impactful learning experiences, ensure operational readiness of teams, and contribute to the success of centralized business processes.

About the Role

As a Regional Process Trainer, you will be responsible for converting process documentation into engaging training assets, delivering live and recorded sessions, and supporting onboarding and ongoing development initiatives. You’ll work hand-in-hand with process analysts, local SMEs, and regional leads to ensure that teams are well-prepared for business transitions and service excellence.

What You'll Do

Training Content Creation & Localization:

  • Transform process documentation into clear and engaging training materials (e.g., slides, video walkthroughs)

  • Adapt content to regional specifics and compliance requirements

Live & Recorded Training Delivery:

  • Lead virtual and in-person training sessions across the region

  • Create on-demand modules for scalable, flexible learning

Onboarding & Learning Facilitation:

  • Design and run onboarding programs for new hires and transitioning teams

  • Organize interactive learning formats: simulations, Q&As, and workshops

Knowledge Assessment & Reinforcement:

  • Develop quizzes, assessments, and feedback loops

  • Monitor knowledge retention and adjust materials accordingly

Operational Readiness & Transition Support:

  • Ensure teams are fully trained before go-live of new processes

  • Align training with organizational goals and process updates

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:

  • Collect learner feedback and refine training approaches

  • Stay up to date on adult learning techniques and regional training trends

What You Bring

Training Expertise & Content Development:

  • Skilled in creating clear, engaging instructional materials for diverse learners

Confident Delivery & Facilitation:

  • Comfortable leading sessions for varied audiences, both online and in person

Strong Communication & Soft Skills:

  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply and effectively

  • Skilled at encouraging participation and engagement during sessions

Analytical Approach to Learning:

  • Experience in knowledge testing and using insights to improve content

Process Familiarity & Regional Awareness:

  • Understanding of business process transitions and compliance variations across regions

Tech-Savviness:

  • Proficient with training software, e-learning platforms, and virtual meeting tools

Growth Mindset:

  • Open to evolving training approaches and feedback-driven learning

Your Professional Profile:

  • Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken)

  • 3–5 years of experience in training delivery, onboarding, or instructional design

  • Proven ability to translate documentation into structured training

  • Experience with both virtual and in-person training formats

  • Experience coordinating training programs or small learning teams is a plus

  • Familiarity with shared service transitions and regional HR/compliance topics is a strong advantage
