Summary: The SAP Tax Reporting Subject Matter Expert will provide essential support in the realm of Tax operations within a business, specifically focusing on coordinating comprehensive processes related to SAP.

Main Responsibilities:

• Apply subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes to enhance the current state before SAP S/4 Hana implementation.

• Participate in data cleanup efforts in preparation for ERP implementation.

• Collaborate with operational and project teams to design SAP system configuration activities.

• Assist in identifying opportunities for implementing new system features and improvements.

• Verify the accuracy of technical reference information including user guides and manuals.

• Help write test plans and scripts and assist with testing and user training.

• Maintain process documentation encompassing requirements and procedures.

• Analyze large data sets to test data migration.

• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.

• Cooperate with project teams to monitor and prepare for ERP rollout.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in tax operations, including tax accounting, reporting, and reconciliations.

• Expertise in SAP (SAP S/4 Hana and/or ECC).

• Hands-on experience with the SAP FICO module.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with tax in the supply chain.

• Prior experience working with a separate tax engine on top of SAP.

Other Details: This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model and supports an important upgrade process within Tax operations, targeting an integration with an ERP system to improve overall business efficiency.
