We are currently recruiting for the position of Bids & Tenders Specialist for our international client.

Job description:

Analyse, develop tender strategies and handle tenders and contracts with customers and commercial partners while ensuring quality and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Tender identification and assessment
• Perform Tender submission, outcome analysis and contract handling
• May contribute to the development of tender strategies for the assigned area
• Remains up to date with local and regional tender requirements (legal requirements within MedTech)
• Accountable for productivity and quality metrics
• Partner with sales managers and representatives to manage effectively bids and tenders, may participate in improvement projects
• Perform basic data analysis and generate routine reports
• Respond to inquiries and requests from stakeholders and resolve issues with limited scope
• Update and maintain prices in JDE based on Tenders & Bids
• Other incidental duties

Skills:

• Relevant professional experience
• Good computer skills in MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis
• Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules)
