Popeyes - the new fastfood sensation in Poland, Czech and Romania is in search for another superstar to join the Marketing team, that will boost the Famous Louisiana Chicken growth into yet another level around Central Eastern Europe.

Digital Sales and Engagement Manager is a new position in our system. The new member will take care of our Digital performance, but also make sure that our loyal chicken lovers will experience the best-class digital experience in CRM campaigns / loyalty programs and such.

What we need you to do:

• Growth and daily management of all Popeyes Digital Channels (Kiosks, App, Web, Delivery, etc.)
• Development and maintenance of a best-class loyalty program dedicated to Popeyes Chicken lovers
• Creation of CRM campaigns to bring even more customer engagement on a daily basis (Push App, Newsletters, In-app message, etc.)
• Run and overlook all digital campaigns for both SoMe and Programmatic purposes.
• Project management of all Marketing inquires towards IT
• Taking active part in making Popeyes the Most Loved Chicken brand in CEE :)

What we need you to have:

• Proven portfolio of growing an exceptional Digital Experience in other cool brands (we want to learn from you!)
• Being creative and open-minded towards any aspect of the work
• Strong analytical and logical skills so that the creative ideas can be brought to life and are well thought of.
• Very good command of English in both writing and speaking - you will be working internationally on a daily basis
• Great interpersonal skills with no hidden agendas. We are a team that works hard but supports each other to make and impact and actually have fun doing it :)
