An exciting new role for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist has arisen in our Warsaw office!

The Role:

As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist you will have responsibility for the UK market as well as multiple European markets. You will also cross collaborate with our HR and Finance teams for budgeting, benchmarking, projects and processes.

Things you’ll be working on:

  • The role covers the UK market as well as multiple other European markets

  • Cooperate with Finance department to follow staff budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget managed by Finance department

  • Coordinates C&B processes like the Group wide pay review, new benefits introduction, implement a grading framework, proposes changes to ensure comparable benefits across the company

  • Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs)

  • Designs and develops and keeps up to date internal People services and C&B policies

  • Provides support to managers and People Partners in the complex usage of different People Services and Compensation policies

  • Analyses different components of the remuneration scheme in the organisation and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness

  • Participates in designing and developing different schemes of the variable remuneration, calculates bonuses for payroll processing

  • Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company

  • Leads and manages compensation projects for the company

  • Advices People Partners and line managers in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees

  • Provides support to Head of Reward and People Services and Finance department: FP&A and Accounting

  • Provides support in internal and external audits

  • Prepares regular and ad hoc various reports and costs analysis based on internal and external needs

  • Proposes changes with an aim to use the local budget efficiently with regards to income tax and national insurance

  • Administers pension, health care and other company wide benefits

  • Acts as a substitute for HR system admin

  • Participates in implementation and modification of HR System and other Tools used by Reward and PS department

Your will bring:

  • Strong and proven analytical skills

  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

  • Basic overview of national insurances, taxation of benefits and income taxes

  • Solid previous experience in a similar role

  • Strong Time Management skills

  • Self-management skills

And you are…

  • Fluent in English

  • Experienced in a multinational working environment

  • Team player with excellent communication skills

Things you should know

  • Expecter 2-3 business trips abroad per year
