As a Senior IT Recruiter / Team Leader, you will be a part of our Recruitment Department, which is constantly looking for top talents to hire in ITDS. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain competencies and valuable experience in recruitment in the Financial Times 1000 fastest growing company in Europe 24′. You will also have a chance to build your own Team from the scratch and become a Team Leader!

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recruitment processes for mainly IT positions (Developers, Architects, Infrastructure) but also business roles (Project Managers, Business Analysts)
• Participate in creating and implementing strategies plans
• Create trusted relationships with Consultants and Candidates
• Growing systematically our internal database of Candidates
• Follow up the pool of your Consultants and support their needs

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruiting IT professionals
• At least 1 year of experience in team management
• Great communication skills & professional attitude
• Experience working effectively under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Team player attitude but you can also plan and deliver high-quality work independently
• Proactive approach & flexibility
• Strong (verbal and written) skills both in Polish and English
