Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:

• Perform control functions such as daily trade monitoring, reconciliations across systems, and failed trade management

• Provide operational support to Traders for securities, cash, and derivatives transactions

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Participate in team-level projects, system changes, and implementations

• Cooperate and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as Brokers, Custodians, and Accounting Teams

• Identify and support improvements by reviewing current processes and applications

Qualifications:

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook; general computer literacy

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

• A relevant degree (preferably in finance, economics, or a related field) or equivalent experience

• Ideal candidate has prior experience in the financial industry and/or an educational background in finance

• Interest in capital markets and willingness to learn—no prior market knowledge required, we’ll provide the training you need to understand trade processes and settlements
