About the role

As part of the Service Delivery team, you will work closely with a large cloud service provider as an extension of their Sales Enablement Team, focusing on building pitches and creating responses to proposals for their end customers. You will work closely with client Service Delivery Managers, Regional Leads, Pitch Analysts, SMEs and other cross functional teams within the program. You will demonstrate a high level of passion and commitment in ensuring the services are delivered as per the quality standards agreed upon.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Pitch and Proposal Analysts supporting Cloud Sales, ensuring that they are meeting their targets, deadlines, and quality standards.

  • Develop and implement strategies for improving the team's productivity, including processes to efficiently create, store, manage, and leverage content and knowledge resources.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team, with a focus on sharing knowledge and best practices.

  • Oversee the development of high-quality pitch and proposal documents for Cloud Sales teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and to develop effective pitch and proposal strategies.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and issues.

  • Ensure that the team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Skills & Experience

  • Master’s degree or MBA from a recognized institution.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team of analysts.

  • Proven experience in building & managing high-performing teams and managing clients.

  • A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving goals.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including English proficiency.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Basic experience in the Tech, Cloud, or SaaS industry.
