Twój zakres obowiązków

• Managing account books.
• Implementation of new financial and accounting system.
• Preparation of monthly calculation of CIT,WHT, annual tax returns required by law, annual and semi-annual financial statements, monthly VAT declaration.
• Reporting to GUS, NBP, KRS, cooperation with external auditiros.
• Presenting the company during tax audits.
• Preparing monthly financial reports for shareholders and data for consolidation.
• Creating internal accounting procedure.
• Coordinating recruitment of new employees in the department.
• Planning the work of the subordinate team and supervising tasks.
• Preparing data and analysis for internal and external purposes.
• Ongoing analysis of tax and accounting regulations to ensure compliance with accounting principles and procedures used in the company.
• Ongoing analysis of clients' accounting books and tax settlements.
• Ongoing support for the Management Board in decision-making processes by preparing analyses and presenting accounting data in the format and detail expected by the Management Board.
• Declaration of Intrastat.
• Application of IFRS to all accounting treatments.

Nasze wymagania

• Knowledge of Polish accounting and tax law, along with practical experience.
• A degree in a related field and at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with financial statements.
• Knowledge of English.
• (Preferred) knowledge of Korean.
• Familiarity with Polish accounting software (e.g., Saldeo, Optima, etc.)
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a team.
