Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and expand enterprise-level accounts in French- and English-speaking markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
  • Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to clients, providing innovative solutions to meet their business needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
  • Led complex sales negotiations and structured deals to maximize value for both the client and the organization
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations in both French and English
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members as needed
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact the business

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 12 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record in high-value deal closures
  • Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is required
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex sales cycles, particularly in specific industries, e.g., SaaS, technology, etc.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment
  • Experience in selling to international enterprise clients and navigating cross-border business challenges
  • Willingness to visit the office in Wrocław approximately 1–2 times a month
  • Readiness to travel abroad
