Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage all logistics activities, including warehouse management, inventory control, orderfulfillment, internal transportation, and outbound shipping (including import/export processes)
• Lead logistics team in the plant
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer’s satisfaction
• Assume operational responsibility for the planning and material handling processes in the plant
• Ensure application of procedures for mandatory processes
• Monitor relevant KPIs and drive operational improvements
• Represent Plant logistics on Business Units
• KPI ownership: Supply Chain Campus (SCC) Source/Make, Plant Service Level, non-Finished Goods (nFG) Inventory
• End-to-end responsibility for plant logistics processes incl. efficient operations
• Monitors relevant KPIs, initiates and manages relevant processes/capabilities
• Ensures application of procedures/processes to meet industry standards and best-in-class solutions
• Ensures that all relevant competencies are covered, coaches and develop individual team members
• Provides transparency (risk & complexity) on ongoing activities to executive management

Employer requirements

• Experienced leader with at least 9-12 years of experience managing logistics teams, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• University graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,
• Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering with focus on supply chain management , or related field
• Fluent in English
• Very good knowledge in logistics processes
• Proficient with digital tools and data-driven decision-making, including MS Office and logistics software.
• End to end Supply Chain Management
• Lean management
• Knowledge how to monitor & evaluate Supply Chain KPIs
• CIP know how and application knowledge
• Skilled in managing crisis / SC interruptions
