• Hi there! If you’re looking for a high-impact position in an ambitious software house, we’ve got a match for you!
• We are seeking a Go Engineer (long-term) for our US client, which is the largest provider of home plans in the real estate market. Join us and work on developing a sales platform for various insurances. We are looking for an Engineer who can take ownership of backend development tasks, participate in code reviews, and provide production support through on-call rotations. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in GO, a solid understanding of software development best practices, and a passion for building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
• Working hours: usually until 5 pm, although every two months, there is a one-week on-call duty during which you respond to incidents reported by the client or users. While on call, you’re expected to keep your laptop with you and react within 10 minutes to incidents (which typically occur at a low frequency).

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions in Go.
• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
• Optimize applications for performance and efficiency, leveraging Go’s concurrency features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and document RCA reports.
• Be ready to work on-call (one week every two months).

Nasze wymagania

• Min. 3 years of experience as a Golang Developer (with microservices and monolithic architectures).
• Knowledge of Go standard libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Being ready to take a one-week on-call rotation every two months.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
