Your responsibilities

• Compilation / evaluation of dossiers for submission to authorities of EU for Cosmetics category
• Obtain the base artworks in English
• Appropriately subject for translation, proof read the AW and ensure the AWs comply all appropriate regulations of EU
• Software handling w.r.t AW and dossiers
• Ensure all dossier initiations and mapping done for all dossiers through HiDOMS application
• Regulations / legislations updates
• Regulatory database maintenance and archiving
• Handling of queries from authorities and partners

Our requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science, pharmacy, or engineering.
• A strong understanding of EU regulations for food supplements, personal care products, cosmetics.
• 1-3 years' regulatory affairs experience.
• Fluent English.
• Strong documentation & communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & online systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• The ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
