Your responsibilities

• Strategic Projects and Transformation Leadership:
• - Lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact Eurowag’s growth and operational efficiency.
• - Combine strong execution skills with strategic problem-solving and end-to-end accountability—from planning through go-to-market delivery and post-launch implementation.
• - Own project strategy and execution across multiple or high-impact projects.
• - Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with organizational goals.
• - Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
• - Lead project delivery from inception to closure, ensuring adherence to governance and methodology standards.
• - Resolve conflicts, manage risks, and adapt plans to maintain delivery momentum.
• - Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment and transparency.
• - Drive adoption of initiatives post-launch with strong implementation leadership, including training, communication, and change management.
• - Support portfolio steering and prioritization at the program level with data-backed insights and -strategic framing.
• Execution of Operating Model Initiatives.
• - Ensure transformational initiatives derived from the Operating Model are effectively implemented and embedded into business processes.
• - Maintain alignment with the OKRs defined by the Head of Operating Model and ensure progress against those goals.
• - Track and report on initiative status, escalating roadblocks, identifying risks, and driving corrective actions when necessary.
• - Act as a liaison between departments, creating visibility and shared accountability for cross-functional execution.
• Executive Steering and ExCo Build Meetings:
• - Lead the preparation and facilitation of monthly ExCo Build meetings.
• - Define meeting agendas in collaboration with senior leaders to focus on new project proposals, deeper business case discussions, and strategic program updates.
• - Consolidate inputs from different departments, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on decisions.
• - Provide structured updates on flagship strategic programs (e.g., SAP implementation, Eurowag Office) and ensure timely delivery of ExCo action items.

Our requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, transformation leadership, or program delivery.
• Background in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide change with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
• Exceptional problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; excellent communication and influence across senior stakeholders.

• Experience leading prioritization frameworks and portfolio governance a strong advantage.
