Your responsibilities

  • contribute to successful rollouts and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow CSM system;
  • collaborate across global/local IT teams and vendors during Service Now implementation activities;
  • support end-users by troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating tickets as needed;
  • support design and optimize record producers, self-service portals, and automation rules to enhance user experience;
  • participate in user acceptance testing and user training activities;
  • understand business processes, challenge the current way of working with new capabilities, gather requirements and translate business demands into actionable ServiceNow solutions;
  • support change management efforts and communicate updates related to ServiceNow usage.

Our requirements

  • fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM or similar ticketing systems;
  • practical involvement in IT or business project implementation/delivery;
  • critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • ability to work in an agile environment;
  • strong user-oriented mindset;
  • effective communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Optional

  • experience in project coordination is a strong asset
  • bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
