Your responsibilities

• Booking of incoming payments received from customers.
• Constant review of AR books and keep them of the good level.
• Support business with resolving AR issues.
• Effectively handles customer Inquiries.
• Actively contributes with daily activities, pre close and month end closing processes.
• Prepares daily and ad-hoc reporting/documentation within agreed SLAs.
• Contributes to creation and maintenance of process documentation.
• Actively contributes in processes improvement initiatives.
• Complies with company’s policies and procedures.
• Proactively identifies issues or risks and works to resolve them, participating with other team members as needed.

Our requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in the team.
• Experience in accounting in SSC (min. 2 years), preferably in AR area.
• Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer driven focus.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to details.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines.
• Very good knowledge of English language (written and oral).
• Good working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
• Working hours as per morning shift agreement.
