Your responsibilities

• The principal responsibility is managing designated group of customers while providing the highest standards of customer Service through the entire Order to Delivery process for German customers.
• Customer care
• Order management on SAP base
• Deliveries arrangement
• Complaints handling
• New litho handling
• Payments and stocks monitoring
• Effective communication with customers via email and telephone
• Cooperation with different departments / plants

Our requirements

• Very good German (C1)
• Very good English
• Strong customer orientatation
• Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills
• Stress resistance
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience on similar position preferable
• SAP will be an advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad if necessary
