About the project

• We are currently looking for Functional Analyst who join our team in Payment Services Business Unit. The Payment Services Business Unit is reinventing the cardholder experience. Our technologies and innovative solutions enable banks, FinTechs, payment networks, retailers and transport operators to create safer, easier and greener customer journeys that seamlessly blend the digital and physical worlds. We are the trusted partner to our customers on their journey to extend essential financial services to everyone.
• We are looking for someone who will support two mobile development team, which take care of SDKs (Java, Kotlin, Swift). We are providing our clients – traditional banks and FinTech companies, SDK to manage cards on mobile phones. We are working with EMV, so the experience with these specifications would be game changer ;) So, if you know they are a huge docs and how they difference between each other – hit apply definitely!
• The role is located in Łódź, Poland. We are working in hybrid model with at least one visit at the office per month. We propose cooperation based on employment agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Work closely with our clients who develop their card payment network
• Identifies and analyzes business needs, conduct business requirements gathering and defines scope and objectives
• Analyze EMV specifications, capture differences, outline problems, opportunities and solutions
• Documents specifically the relationships between the end users, business functions and processes and data
• Translates the business needs into functional specifications and deliver its traceability with customer needs
• Challenges functional requirements from customers, by identifying risks and opportunities and ensures traceability

Our requirements

• Fluent English and Polish to communicate with all stakeholders
• Experience in working with specification, business needs translation to functional specifications
• Ability to create diagrams in UML as a must have, Plant UML would be an asset
• Experience in EMV specifically would make you a great match
