Your responsibilities

  • Customer service of B2B customers in Switzerland mainly in written communication using German language.
  • Providing support including financial queries (both transactional business and basic accounting), answering product questions, implementing contract changes.
  • Preparing customer reporting, account statements, conducting reconciliation.
  • Utilizing available system landscape to find satisfying solutions for customer queries.
  • Cooperating with internal stakeholder network and external business partners.

Our requirements

  • Fluent German (min. B2 level) and English and Polish on a very good level.
  • Proactive approach with a team player mentality.
  • Customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service in an international environment would be an asset.
