Your responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, support, and inspire local quality teams across PL, CZ, and SK.
• KPI Management: Monitor, track, and drive improvements in key quality indicators across the region.
• Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customer service teams to ensure satisfaction and effectively resolve any quality issues.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance both efficiency and quality.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular quality reports, including KPIs and corrective actions, to the management team.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Central Quality Manager in developing and executing quality strategies and initiatives across the region.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in a quality management role within an automotive manufacturing environment
• Good in German and English + local language (CZ,SK or PL)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work across cultures and countries
• Analytical mindset and hands-on problem-solving approach
• Willingness to travel within the region
