Your responsibilities

  • Processing vendor and business inquiries related to payment status on service center generic mailbox and phone lines.
  • Confirming the status of inquiries and taking the proper actions to resolve.
  • Coordinating with business partners to help resolve payment issues and invoice discrepancies.
  • Reviewing vendor statements and request invoices if needed.
  • Providing support and training related to queries to McCormick employees.
  • Verifying and providing payment details.
  • Interfacing with other Procure to Pay teams & business units on daily basis.

Our requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, some college education preferred.
  • Ability to work minimum 20 hours weekly.
  • Good command of English (at least B2 level). Some knowledge of French is nice to have but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications, some SAP experience will be an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in all work required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated team orientation and customer service focus.
  • Previous experience in data entry is a plus.

What we offer

  • Please note that AP Service Center Clerk will be a temporary position for 12 months based on a contract of mandate.
