Your responsibilities

• Prepare business licenses and premium based payments/filings
• Perform G/L account reconciliations
• Perform asset valuation
• Prepare journal entries postings based on various types of calculations
• Perform other A&S month end close activities
• Act as support for Team Manager
• Actively support/collaborate in improvement projects
• Understand ICFR RFC framework, execute controls and advise on those to the less experienced team members
• Maintain contact with various local stakeholders and with US State representatives verbally and in writing

Our requirements

• Finance and Accounting, Economy or equivalent academic degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting industry
• Solid basics of general accounting and knowledge of Accounts Payable process
• English skills – spoken and written at fluent level (C1)
• Good knowledge of Excel and financial system (SAP as preferred)
• Analytical skills and attention to details
• Problem solving skills and independent
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service skills

Optional

• This position will be dedicated for the US (American) customer, which will require occasionally adapting to work according to the US hours as per the team’s shift schedule.
