Your responsibilities

• Operate transactional processes for domestic payments on both incoming and outgoing sides.
• Collaborate with settlement institutions and banks to ensure smooth payment flows.
• Monitor and validate the accuracy and timeliness of transfers, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Contribute to the design of internal procedures and functional enhancements for handling domestic payments.
• Participate in projects, system testing, and process documentation within the international settlement area.

Our requirements

• Solid knowledge of domestic payment systems (Elixir, Sorbnet3), including operational and reconciliatory aspects,
• You are a self-starter, willing to learn and take part in starting of New Bank on polish market,
• Understanding of interbank settlement regulations,
• You speak fluent Polish and advanced English,
• You’re confident in MS Excel and other MS Office applications,
• Analytical mindset and ability to draw insights from operational data,
• Strong teamwork capabilities, excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability,
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and commitment to personal development.

Optional

• Familiarity with SWIFT or TARGET systems,
• Understanding of AML/KYC processes in the context of reconciliations.
