Your responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Staying updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
  • Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Our requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Swedish.
  • Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
  • Excited about the opportunity to contribute to Volkswagen's continued success and growth in the automotive sector.
  • The ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and processes at Volkswagen Group.

Optional

  • Experience with luxury brands and high-end customer relationships, particularly in the automotive sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
