Your responsibilities

• Client acquisition and sales goal delivery
• • Acquiring new clients and increasing assets under management for existing ones.
• • Achieving and exceeding defined sales targets.
• Partnership development
• • Initiating and managing institutional partnerships with financial institutions and potential B2B partners.
• • Exploring and implementing various business models to support growth.
• Localization of the marketing strategy
• • Adapting Finax’s marketing strategy to the Polish market in cooperation with the headquarters and Country Director.
• Relationship management
• • Building and maintaining relationships with media, external partners, and stakeholders — both within and outside the financial sector.
• Event management
• • Organizing conferences, industry events, and webinars in collaboration with partners and vendors.
• Content creation
• • Creating engaging materials, including videos, webinars, articles, and social media posts.

Our requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales, business development, marketing, or a related field — ideally within the financial sector.
• Strong commitment to Finax’s mission and values.
• A well-developed network in the financial industry.
• Experience with media relations and public speaking.
• A well-established personal brand on social media — or willingness to build one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
