Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with hyperscale customers to design and integrate tailored solutions based on our product portfolio,
• Guide customers through the integration process, ensuring compatibility and scalability in large cloud/data center environments,
• Lead product demos and proof-of-concept (POC) testing to highlight product value,
• Perform system validation and performance testing with R&D and customer teams,
• Deliver technical training for customer teams and installers, including the creation of technical documentation,
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve complex issues in hyperscale environments,
• Act as the key technical point of contact for customers, offering expert deployment and optimization advice,
• Collect customer feedback to support continuous product improvement,
• Travel up to 50% of the time to visit hyperscale customer sites within region.

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field engineering, application support, or technical consulting, specifically within hyperscale data centers, cloud computing, or large-scale infrastructure environments,
• Proficiency in fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing (both via LSPM and OTDR),
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for large-scale fiber optic deployments,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Experience delivering technical trainings and creating enablement materials,
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deployments simultaneously,
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently,
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and product teams,
• A continuous learning mindset and adaptability to evolving technologies,
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
