Your responsibilities

• Driving the execution of strategic marketing initiatives within the wholesale channel for two brands: Triumph and sloggi to accelerate brand growth and deliver on commercial objectives
• Working together with the local marketing, sales & VM teams to launch new seasonal product stories, brand animations & campaigns in both offline and online (inc. development of tools, any local artwork edit inc. translations, delivery of POS materials, windows)
• Coordinating in-store events to boost brand visibility and customer experience
• Maintenance, communication and delivery of the PL Hub marketing calendars
• Supporting the Sales team in launching new stores in PL Hub
• Communicating the 360 marketing approach to Sales team– such as new launches, campaigns or calendar moments
• Managing internal platform ContentStore for wholesale partners – updating and uploading marketing content etc
• Developing reports on executed initiatives, including analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), insights gained, and strategic recommendations for future actions
• Budget management wholesale marketing investment, including management of vendor information/new vendor creation if needed. Monthly Forecasting, processing and recording invoices in a timely and accurate way
• Planning & execution of sales conferences along with other specialists for PL Hub

Our requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing gained in similar industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of/experience working with key accounts
• Proven success in building presence in store & online, demonstrating ability to drive presence, engagement & sell thru
• Project management to tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Adaptable – showing the ability to pivot with changing priorities and objectives
• Shows keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Comprehensive knowledge of and interest in consumer and marketing
• Adept with numbers – budget management, calculating ROI etc
• Strong commerciality – demonstrating the ability to quickly interpret ROI potential
• Self-starter – highly motivated in a WFH working environment
• Ability to build strong, meaningful internal & external relationships
• A team player
