Your responsibilities

• creating, updating, and maintaining vendor master data records in SKP (platform, which is a workflow-based tool for posting vendors);
• ensuring the accuracy and completeness of vendor information, including contact details, banking information, tax identification numbers, and other relevant data;
• performing regular audits and data cleansing activities to eliminate duplicates;
• solving process-related queries;
• handling non-standard Payment Terms requests, supporting users in obtaining Payment Terms Committee approval;
• coordinating with procurement, finance, and other relevant departments to address and resolve vendor data issues;
• developing training materials and conducting end-user training;
• participating in the testing and implementation of new features related to vendor data management;

Our requirements

• has min. 1 year of professional experience (in SSC or BPO environment or Procurement & Finance Processes/ delivery team in the respective area);
• is communicative in English (min B2 level), and French (min. B1 level)
• navigates easily in the MS Office package;
• has great organizational skills, motivation, and accuracy;
• has deep expertise in SAP (knowledge of SKP would be beneficial);
• presents solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
• performs daily tasks and other activities according to the Standard Operational Procedures, reviews and updates those if necessary;
• has good analytical skills
