Your responsibilities

• Conduct retail data analysis to improve operation efficiency and provide valuable insights.
• Manage internal retail and field force system: create and close accounts of Field Force employees, update list and categories of stores from open market and operator channels and oversee the correctness of information in the system.
• Prepare and conduct trainings for new joiners from Retail and Field Force team, focused on internal system and our mobile application usage.
• Closely cooperate with global and regional headquarters in terms of standardization, company guidelines fulfillment and feedback reporting.
• Regularly prepare weekly and monthly reports as well as reports on demand necessary for efficient department operation.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in sales, business administration, management or any other related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience on a similar position, preferably in consumer electronics industry.
• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in conducting trainings.
• Up to date knowledge of products, technologies and best industry practices in consumer electronics industry.
• Excellent project management skills, deeply detail oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple projects across various teams while meeting deadlines and delivering on key objectives.
• Very good analytical skills.
• Creativity, reliability, responsibility and accuracy with strong attention to details.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
