Your responsibilities

  • You’ll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help. 🗺️
  • Guide our partners through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks. 💳
  • Jump in and save the day when someone’s travel plans hit a bump. 🦸
  • Chat or talk with passengers — whatever helps solve their problem fastest.
  • Create real connections. We want customers to remember you — the awesome human who helped them out. 😊

Our requirements

  • You speak German fluently (C1) and your English is solid too (B2).
  • You’re positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings. 🌄
  • You listen first, then speak clearly and confidently. 😎
  • You’re organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball. 🤹
