About the project

• We’re looking for a Senior Azure Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. You will play a critical role in shaping secure, scalable, and automated environments across development, testing, and production stages. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern cloud practices, automation, and leading technical teams.

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure-based architectures that align with business goals and security requirements
• Build secure infrastructure using Azure Security Center, Key Vault, IAM, and Azure Policy
• Manage multi-stage environments with promotion strategies, blue-green deployments, and disaster recovery planning
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Define and enforce governance and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR)
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and DevOps teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are cost-effective, maintainable, and scalable

Our requirements

• Minimum 7 years in cloud architecture, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Azure
• Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Policy, Azure Governance, and networking/security services
• Experience with CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, AKS)
• Solid understanding of cloud security and compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR)
• Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring cross-functional teams
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
• Experience with cost optimization, API design, and microservices architectures
