Your responsibilities

• Creating scalable technical architectures for demanding Shopify Plus projects — from concept to implementation.
• Close cooperation with the sales, consulting, design, and development departments — you will contribute your technical perspective at every stage of the project.
• Active participation in technical implementation and responsibility for testing, quality assurance (QA), and maintenance.
• Developing technical standards, guidelines, and support in risk assessment – to ensure the quality and future-proofing of solutions.
• Actively shaping processes, workflows, and methods – with an emphasis on efficiency, innovation, and customer benefits.
• The role of thought leader in the area of Shopify and e-commerce – both internally and externally.
• Continuously tracking new technologies and trends in the Shopify ecosystem and sharing this knowledge.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to provide optimal support to customers or teams on site.

Our requirements

• Many years of experience in designing and implementing scalable Shopify Plus architectures in e-commerce.
• In-depth knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks, as well as experience with the Shopify ecosystem and relevant integrations (e.g., gadget.dev, Patchworks).
• Ability to think strategically and translate technical visions into concrete actions for teams and customers.
• Strong communication skills – you can clearly convey complex technical issues to various stakeholders.
• Willingness to take responsibility and experience as a technical sparring partner for various departments (consulting, design, sales, development).
• Experience in coaching or mentoring colleagues – you enjoy sharing your knowledge.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent approach to work, with a strong emphasis on quality.
• Curiosity and openness to questioning the status quo and actively introducing improvements.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
