Twój zakres obowiązków

  • - Responsible for sourcing and developing suppliers for outsourced parts.
  • Definition of outsourced parts: Components or semi-finished products that are processed, manufactured, treated, or assembled by qualified external suppliers (outsourcing units) according to drawings, technical specifications, or samples. This includes structural parts (welded parts), machined parts, castings, forgings, etc.
  • - Responsible for preliminary due diligence of suppliers, data collection, capacity evaluation, and on-site audits;
  • - Organize and implement suppliers’ sample production, quotation, technical communication, and trial production processes;
  • - Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, quality, and other departments to promote new supplier qualification processes (such as SQE audits, PPAP/FAI reviews, etc.);
  • - Collect and analyze regional market information, supplier resources, industry trends, and cost structures;
  • - Manage daily business communication and maintain cooperative relationships with suppliers;
  • - Follow up on supplier cost accounting, quotation evaluation, and price negotiation to promote cost optimization;
  • - Evaluate suppliers’ capabilities, requirements, strengths and weaknesses, quality characteristics from APQP to PPAP phases, and provide targeted support;
  • - Track the execution progress of supplier development projects and assist in handling business exceptions.

Nasze wymagania

  • 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields;
  • 2. Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills (knowledge of the local language is preferred);
  • 3. Experience: Over 3 years of experience in manufacturing procurement (AWP industry preferred) and supplier development project management;
  • 4. Professional Skills:
  • - Familiar with supplier development processes, qualification mechanisms, and performance management methods;
  • - Able to independently conduct supplier evaluation and cost analysis;
  • - Capable of identifying potential risks related to quality, delivery, compliance, etc., and proposing preventive measures;
  • - Proficient in Office software, ERP, SRM systems, and review tools (such as 8D, the Five Core Tools, etc.);
  • 5. Personal Traits :
  • - Strong communication and coordination skills, with good cross-cultural adaptability and teamwork ability;
  • - Able to work well under pressure and adapt to frequent business trips and high uncertainty;
  • - Strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented mindset.
