Your responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the aerospace industry
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Understanding customer needs to recommend the most suitable tools and solutions
  • Planning and conducting regular customer visits and maintaining consistent contact
  • Providing demand-oriented technical advice and support
  • Presenting new tools and conducting cutting trials at customer sites
  • Monitoring market and competitor trends, particularly regarding product range and pricing
  • Representing the company at industry exhibitions and trade fairs

Our requirements

  • Technical background in machining and metal cutting
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the aerospace industry
  • High levels of tenacity, drive and motivation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
  • Proficient in Polish and English, both written and verbal
  • Ability and confidence to work autonomously
  • Willingness to travel regularly
