Your responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation
• Support governance frameworks for RPA and intelligent automation across the organization
• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and system analysis
• Develop detailed business cases and project plans for proposed solutions
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver training to end-users
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and high-quality process execution

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in business process analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and project management methodologies
• Advanced English proficiency

Optional

• Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt)
• Experience with RPA and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate)
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL)
