Your responsibilities

• Support US attorneys in the preparation and filing of various corporate documents with state authorities.
• Assist with contract drafting, review, and analysis for cross-border business operations.
• Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for clients by gathering relevant information and data.

Our requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Experience working with technology platforms and following established processes
• Excellent legal drafting and contract review skills.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers and with greater team.
• Demonstrated proficiency working with customers and/or colleagues globally and in remote work environments.
• A proven self-starter with strong personal accountability and a proactive and flexible disposition.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Using good independent judgment but not being afraid to ask questions.
• Professionalism in both verbal and written work.
• High integrity and ethical compass.

Optional

• Additional qualification in US law.
• Experience working with US-based companies or law firms.
