Your responsibilities

• Design and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Strategically Workforce Planning.
• Streamline and standardize HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop transparent and effective communication strategies.
• Employer Branding and Organizational Culture building.
• Ensure HR operations comply with legal regulations.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the management team.

Employer requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of professional HR experience in a senior managerial position, ideally in a multinational or production setting.
• In-depth understanding of Polish labour regulations and HR best practices.
• Experience in liaising with external partners, including agencies and legal authorities.
• Previous exposure to working in an international corporate environment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to combine long-term strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
• Fluency in both English and Polish is essential.
• Available for travel between Koszalin and Słupsk.
