Your responsibilities

• Collaboration on global portfolio management for the product category Screwdriving & Sets, including price positioning, product performance, quality, competitive analyses, and life-cycle management.
• Supporting the global product strategy and sharing responsibility for the commercial success of the Screwdriving & Sets product segment.
• Carrying out and documenting new product development projects for Screwdriving & Sets based on experience.
• Cooperation with Marketing on product launches and the design of product communication.
• Reviewing customer and market needs (UX) and planning and executing market visits with an open mindset.
• Tracking the competitive environment and customer satisfaction to enhance competitiveness and product quality.

Employer requirements

• Mandatory good knowledge of English language, German would be an asset
• Bachelor or Master Degree in marketing or (business) engineering or comparable qualification
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience in product management or project management and market research - nice to have
• Experience in manufacturing company, power tools – nice to have
• Very good analytical and self-organization skills
